At Evià Beauty, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely so you can enjoy your favourite products as soon as possible.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our South Africa-based studio with love and attention to detail.
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on your area)
Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales, or public holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free Delivery: On all orders over R1,500
We currently ship within South Africa only. For special delivery requests, please contact our team.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days once payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Packaging & Care
Every parcel is securely packaged to ensure your Evià products arrive in perfect condition.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll assist right away.
Delivery Partners
We use trusted local courier partners to ensure reliable, door-to-door delivery across South Africa.
Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday–Friday.
